MEC 900 is robust hydraulically controlled traffic crossing barriers for adjustment or formation of roadblock on road crossings and on private property. It is used on entryway and exit of semiautomatic and fully automatic parking places. The installation of barrier is provided by anchoring of foundation plate in concrete by means of appropriate parts f determined for fixing. To the foundation plate the case is fastened which contains the automatic hydraulic device for lifting and lowering of the arm. The protection wall is formed from thick sheets with delimited bends which make this wall robust and strong, able to support continuous intensive operation. The arm is made from moulded aluminium with epoxy surface finish of white colour  and is completed with red phosphorescent labels and can be in addition visualised by means of lightning signalling: intermittent signal lights on the arm or signal lamp in the protection cage on the case. As option the arm can be delivered with valances or in height limited spaces it can be delivered the arm with hinged mechanics with desired length.

Opening angle is 90º. Arm angle motion is ensuring by hydraulic system with straight double-acting hydraulic motor, self-arresting in the end part of arm motion. The strength of lifting and lowering of barrier is reduced by means of valves of hydraulic system, which ensure constant speed without vibration or twitch, with the system of spring balancing of oil pressure. Cooled electric motor is working continuously with stable output. It is controlled by means of electronic programmer, which can be set for semiautomatic or automatic mode when takes possible repeard closing of barrier in beforehand adjusted time. By means of radio control with personal code of transmitter it is possible to open the automatic barrier very comfortable.

The speed of arm lift is predetermined in design by means of straight hydraulic motor and by means of hydraulic motor output in the ratio to the arm length with or without valances. The mechanism MEC 900 was constructed for continuously working of opening and closing, independently of ambient temperature or of frequency and mod of operations to be provided. It is the barrier which was developed and realised after years of experience in the sphere of automatic machinery.
