Manual machine for thin bowel processing type ZVS-1
This machine for processing of thin bowels serves for the processing of thin pork and lamb bowels (rubbing off), thin and surrounding beef bowels.
Technical description
- Foundation frame - is welded form sheets class 11 and equipped with powdery paint coat. The bottom part is modified for fixing to a foundation plate or table.
- Cleaning device - contains from four small cylinders. Two metal cylinders are rotary ones having gearing and two are glossy and silone ones.
Technological description of bowel processing:
A thin bowel is led into cylinder set and by means of pressure arm a bowel is pressured to metal cylinders. Then bowel is shifted, by means of a handle turning, between cylinders and starts rubbing off.
Bowel processing:
- thin pork and lamb bowels
- 2 – 3x passing through handle scum machine – at the first passing is provided crushing of tallow and mucous membrane, at second passing is provided displacement of tallow and removal of mucous membrane. It is necessary to scum beef bowels as reversed ones immediately after disembowelment.
