This line is determined for application in plants of meat industry. It serves for thin pork bowel processing with the possibility of collection bowel mucous membrane: The works contains from 4 machines and 3 containers and conveyor. After processing bowels are ready for further application in the meat industry.

1. The FIRST MACHINE serves for squeezing and crashing and is equipped with two rubbered cylinders and one metal cylinder. During the passing of worked bowels between cylinders their volume is squeezed and then follows crashing of inside layers (mucosa). During the processing bowels are all the time showered with hot water.
2. The SECOND MACHINE serves for squeezing and is constructional solved analogous to the first machine. It has two rubbered cylinders between them it is squeezed the substantial part of mucosa.
3. The THIRD MACHINE has crushing and squeezing function and it is also constructional solved almost identically with the first one. After squeezing process of mucosa residue the crushing of top layer of bowel scum is provided.
4. The FOURTH MACHINE is the last part of machine works. It serves for cleaning process having four cylinders – two rubbered and two metal. In this machine bowels are relieved of scum. Between the first, second and third machine bowels being worked are drifted by water on conveyers, behind the fourth machine bowels fall into cooling conteiner.

A control panel having automatic water temperature regulation is the integral part of the line. Technological works ZVSM-250 has two main advantages.

• it takes possible the application of adjoining product (mucosa) as the source raw material for heparin production in the pharmaceutical industry;
