This plant for pork bowels processing ZVS-5 is the smallest from type series of bowel processing machines. By its capacity, operating principle and simplicity it is predetermined for the smallest slaughter plants having the capacity 5 – 10 slaughtered pigs per shift. During the processing through the machine always only one bowel is passing. All processes, squeezing, crushing and rubbing off is provided by three cylinders and special rubber strip. Possible adjusting also for thin beef bowel processing is the advantage of this machine.
