This line is determined for application in plants of meat industry. It serves for thin pork bowel processing by the method of rubbing off. It contains from two basic machines:

• crushing machine
• cleaning machine

During the processing bowel is all the time showered with hot water, whereas the temperature is kept automatically on the adjusted value. After this working bowel is ready for further working operations.

Crushing machine

Is equipped with three working cylinders, two of which are rubbered and one is metal. Bowel is pulled in between cylinders where its volume is squeezed and subsequently bowel is crushed. During the second operation – repeard passing through cylinders – crushed mucous membrane is forced out and top bowel tunics are crushed too.
